For our Agents

All the support. None of the overhead. Built for productive, independent agents.

  • Dedicated Personal Assistant – Licensed agents are supported by a personal assistant who helps manage administrative tasks, coordination, and transaction support—so you can focus on clients and closings.

  • Zero Brokerage Fees – Keep 100% of your commission. No house fees. No office fees. No recurring charges.

  • Modern Systems & Technology – Operate efficiently with streamlined tools, digital workflows, and systems designed to reduce manual work and support scalable growth.

Agent Cost to Join: $1
No monthly fees. No hidden costs.

Matagorda County–licensed agents may email Derek@BayCityPG.com or text 979-271-9066 to start a confidential conversation.

For Our Clients

A stronger agent creates a smoother experience.

Because our agents keep their full earnings and receive dedicated in-house support, they can focus entirely on what matters most—your transaction, your timeline, and your results.

Bay City Property Group is intentionally selective. Our model is designed for experienced, accountable agents—not volume recruiting.

BCPG’s Broker,

Derek Nemec

A young man with short brown hair and a beard, smiling, sitting on outdoor concrete stairs wearing a black zip-up jacket and gray pants, with a blurred background of trees and buildings.

A native of Bay City, Texas, Derek began his professional journey in operations as a Nuclear Power Professional, where precision and discipline became the pillars of his work. Alongside this demanding career, he began laying the foundation for his entry into private real estate investment and eventual brokerage management.

What started as a personal passion evolved into a thriving portfolio — with over $3 million actively invested in the local Bay City real estate market. Derek brings a detail-oriented, data-driven, and community-minded approach to every transaction, directly bringing his analytical approach to his coastal hometown.

He has previously served on the Matagorda County Appraisal District’s Appraisal Review Board and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Bay City ISD Education Foundation, continuing his commitment to fostering growth and education within his community.

Outside of real estate, Derek is an avid world traveler and backpacker, having found inspiration in destinations such as Kyoto, Bali, Beijing, and Oman—experiences that have shaped his global perspective and grounded his sense of home.
